Role: Commissioned Officer
Vacant Post: Total seats are not defined for recruitment of following posts
Flying Branch : Short Service
Technical Branch : Short Service and Permanent Commission
Ground Duty :Short Service,Permanent Commission both
Application Charges: For Category Wise detail see full official notification.
Applying Procedure: Interested Candidate may fill the online application at AFCAT Official website carrerairforce.nic.in and keep auto generated filled form for future use.
Selection Procedure: Applicants are selected as per the performance in written exam conducted on 31 August 2014 followed by Intelligence Test, ground test ,medical exam and Interview.
Pay Scale: Different pay band will applied for different branches
Flying branch : Rs 72150
Technical Branch : Rs 63400
Ground Duty Branches : Rs 60,900
Desired Candidate profile:
Education Criteria: Desired Candidate must be a Technical Graduate in relevant discipline with min 60% marks for flying and technical branches AND Graduate for Ground Duty Branches or similar qualification.
Age Restriction: Applicant must be under 23 years of age for Flying,28 years of age for Technical Branch,27 years of age for ground duty (general) and No age Relaxation as per govt guidelines.
